About Sandra, RN
Sandra has a total of 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry. She started out as a CNA for 3 years both in the long term care (LTC) and hospital settings. She then obtained her RN degree and worked on various units (ICU, Telemetry, hospice and rehab etc) at a large hospital; also as nurse manager at a skilled nursing facility (SNF). Sandra has had the training and is experienced in caring for you or your loved one at various health stages. Sandra oversees all care activities at Apex Home Care & Rehab.

2. An Intake physical assessment of the patient by a Registered Nurse (RN) is scheduled as soon as possible.
3. Registered Nurse goes over the plan of care with both patient and family members and makes note of patient preferences.
4. Business office reviews payment options
5. Admission paperwork is signed
